Rebar can be found throughout the game, often by breaking Manufacturing Wood Crates and Mine Crates. Locations where Rebar can be obtained in considerable numbers are:

Office Sector

• Level 2
  • In an area close to the Data Farms that requires a Keypad Hacker (Tier 2) to access

Manufacturing West

• Inside and outside of the Supply Room
• Taking the elevator down from the Control Tower, in an area with lots of radioactive waste and containers
• In the mines area that's close to the green pipe, where one Optic Lens is needed
• In the area with The Synchrotron
• Inside Shipping

The Train

• In the train car with various wooden crates

Cascade Laboratories

• In the Wildlife Pens area

Hydroplant

• Can be dropped by defeating a Defense Robot (25% chance 2-3 Rebar)

Reactors

• Next to the Cloud Reactor tram stop, on the other side on a lower level in a maintenance hut, close to a Cacophonous Crate

Shadowgate

• Past the first forcefields, throughout the area

Trading

They can also be obtained by trading Anomaly with The Blacksmith.
