Grinder Disc can be obtained via Crafting or by breaking Mine Crates in these locations:

Manufacturing West

• Inside and outside of the Supply Room
• Taking the elevator down from the Control Tower, in an area with lots of radioactive waste and containers
• In the mines area that's close to the green pipe, where one Optic Lens is needed
• In the area with The Synchrotron
• Inside Shipping

The Train

• Some Grinder Discs can be obtained multiple times by breaking wooden boxes in one of the train cars

Cascade Laboratories

• In the Wildlife Pens area

Notes

Some discs can be retrieved from enemy corpses by picking them up from the corpse. However, chopping up the corpse will destroy discs that are stuck to it. The Vacuum can be used to easily retrieve discs from a corpse, even those the player can't reach manually due to the corpse's position.
