Steel Cable can be found throughout Manufacturing. It is also available by trading Military Electronics at the forge with the blacksmith. Many Steel Cables can be obtained by breaking the wooden boxes in the mines area of Manufacturing. Some Steel Cables can also be re-obtained each time portal worlds reset by breaking wooden boxes in one of the train cars in The Train.
