Sources

Magnetic Alloy can be obtained by breaking blue crates in the Security Sector. One crate also respawns in Voussoir and a few blue crates respawn in The Night Realm. Close-Quarters Combatants will drop one Magnetic Alloy when killed, making this a renewable resource.

Trading

They can also be obtained by trading Night Essence with Warren Bunning in the Office Sector.
