Cement Bag can often be found throughout Manufacturing West, Cascade Laboratories, Security Sector and the Hydroplant, but mostly in these locations:

Manufacturing West

• In the entrance to Manufacturing, close to the passage that leads to the Synchrotron
• After the entrance to Manufacturing, close to the crashed car in the bridge heavily guarded by Crusaders
• Close to The Blacksmith, up above where there is a door that requires a Keypad Hacker (Tier 2)
• Inside Shipping, close to where the Fibre Optic Cable is required, close to the kitchen and in the large room that the sniper covers
• In the mines area, in an area with a parked truck and some containers

Cascade Laboratories

• At level 2, close to the Holding Cell
• In the Control Center

Security Sector

In a large room with some toxic spillage and destroyed robots, upstairs

Hydroplant

In the Electrical Station, in a small room with a sink and a Plastic Bucket

Reactors

• In the Gale Reactor area, in a room close to an elevator shaft that has a ladder going into the water below

Shadowgate

• Past the first forcefields, inside a container and also close to it
