Cacophonous Crate is a deployable storage in Abiotic Factor.
There are currently 12 Cacophonous Crates in-game.
Usage
A Porcelain Key is required to unlock and open the crate. Once unlocked, it can be looted for rare items such as Organs, which are necessary to craft the Maestro Armor Set. After being unlocked, the crate can also be packaged and re-used as a storage crate, with an equivalent storage capacity and radiation shielding to a Hazard Crate.

Sources
Cacophonous Crates are located in various parts of the facility. Some are tucked away in hard-to-notice areas, requiring a keen eye to spot. Cacophonous Crate cannot be obtained through Crafting.
Office Sector
- Behind the portal to Flathill
- Around the corner from the bridge from the Office Sector to Cascade Laboratories. (Can be spotted through the glass next to Server Room 01)
- Only accessible after opening the door from the Cascade Laboratories side.
- In the Executive Office room (requires Keypad Hacker (Tier 2))
Cascade Laboratories
- Containment Blocks inner wing, upper level (requires the turret security system to be overridden)
- On a catwalk with a zip-line overlooking the Dark Lens (the area the player will teleport to after exiting Rise)
Security Sector
- In the Vehicle Testing Area (located after the Vehicle Depot) next to a ramp on the wall opposite the entrance.
Hydroplant
- Behind Waterfall Apartments, on a dirt ramp leading up from the reservoir.
Reactors
- In the sewer area within Power Services. Requires Antethermite to access.
- Across the tram entrance to Cloud Reactor, nearby the security box.
- Inside a shipping crate within Cloud Reactor, surrounded by several other crates.
- On a walkway in the Mist Reactor in the poolroom area.
- In the Buoyancy Lab in Power Services, in the lower level.
