An Ornate Key is required to unlock and open the crate. Once unlocked, it can be looted for rare items such as Gun Repair Kits, ammo and, notably, the Sigil of the Hearth. After being unlocked, the crate can also be packaged and re-used as a storage crate, with a storage capacity and radiation shielding equivalent to a Hazard Crate.
Ornate Crate is located in various parts of the facility. Some are tucked away in hard-to-notice areas, requiring a keen eye to spot. Ornate Crate cannot be obtained through Crafting.
On top of the large building where a Composer is fighting some Order troops. To get on top of the building, climb to the top of the Transformers building, then jump to the large building. Alternatively, a Jetpack may be used to access the roof.
Next to the guard post in front of the mansion at the far end of the dam, where the reset terminal for the spillway computers can be found.
