Geiger Counter is an item in Abiotic Factor. It is used to check how much radiation there is to the environment and the player. To use the Geiger Counter, simply hold it and a meter will appear below the screen. To change the mode, press left click. (ENV) means it is checking the radiation per second (r/sec) of the environment, while (YOU) checks how much radiation (r) the player currently has.
