Fancy Armchair can be found in Rise and at level 2 of Cascade Laboratories, in the Containment area, in the cell that Dr. Cahn is locked in, after the turrets are disabled. It can also be found in Reactors, in the Gale Reactor area, in the area at the bottom that is split in two, in a room close to a Maintenance Area and a destroyed Restroom.
