Pocket Watch can be found in The Train and can also be randomly obtained by breaking Presents in the Furniture Store. It can also be found in Reactors, in the Dusk Reactor area, in the cafeteria and in the small library on the second level. It is possible to obtain on fairly early in Flathill, by building a ramp in front of Flathill School and opening the Vintage Storage Chest inside.
