Pet Rock was a Deployable item in Abiotic Factor. When picked up, the item becomes Pet Rock (Trinket)
Sources
Pet Rock can be found in the Labs Sector, within the first tram platform area. It is near where you pick up the Pest Teleporter recipe. From the area where you find this recipe, look towards the platforms and upward to see a door high up with a balcony. Get up there with a Jump Pad and it should be on the right after you enter, tucked in between the 2 vents.
