Osseus Chordfish can be fished for in Flathill. A fountain can be found in front of the Flathill Syrup Co. tower (GATE Facility), just up the shortcut ladder at the start.

The chances of being caught are random and increase based on the player's equipment and Fishing skill level. Using the appropriate bait and the Lucky Fishing Hat both increase the chance of catching the rare variant.
