Liquid Crystal can be obtained by exchanging Anteverse Gem with a Quantum Exchanger found in Adjustment, at level 2 of the Cascade Laboratories, where the dead soldiers are. It can also be obtained by destroying CRT Monitors in these locations:

• At level 2, in a room upstairs from the lobby, close to the toilets
• In the Control Center
