Dr. Derek Manse is the Director of Research of the GATE Cascade Research Facility. The Holograms found throughout the facility were recorded by him.
Lore
Dr. Manse can be heard through logs in hologram form going over previous experiments. At one point he has a back and forth through email with Dr. Enderson about the IS-0091's escape from containment.
