Cloth Rope

Cloth Rope is a deployable object in Abiotic Factor. It allows the player to safely descend from high places once deployed.

If the cloth rope does not fully reach the bottom of the ledge it is hanging on, a warning will appear stating "Rope doesn't reach floor, are you sure?" which means the player can possibly take fall damage or worse when proceeding.

When approaching the cloth rope from below, a message will appear stating "The rope material is too weak to be climbed". It is not possible to climb back up the cloth rope.

Cloth Rope can only be obtained through Crafting.

Notes

Using the cloth rope to descend teleports the player to the top of the rope, which can be used in several places with small gaps to bypass obstacles or get out of bound if the rope is placed in an unreachable area.
