Bag of Feces can be obtained if a player uses a Makeshift Toilet and then collects it from the bucket or if they let their toilet meter run out, causing them to drop feces on the floor, then collecting it from the floor (requires one Plastic Scrap). Alternatively, it can rarely be found inside Facility Trash Bins or Small Trash Bins.
