In-game Presence
IS-0700 exists solely within a secluded room, previously used as a storage closet, located under the stairs leading to the Curie Block. The exact properties of "The Presence" are currently unknown with only a deep rumbling being observed in gameplay; players seemingly suffer no ill effects while inside the room.
Ironically the room's location, lack of nearby enemies, and power socket located inside make it a viable candidate for a small base.

We never go in there. I'll take a look, but I'll need to get some keys first.
Stanley, when did this start? That was unbearable. Has anyone else noted this? Come see me immediately, I will need a full list of persons who have access to that room. This must be a side-affect from a nearby IS. This should have been reported sooner.
