GATE is the parent organization operating the different GATE Facilities and employing Researchers, Security and Administrative Staff to oversee the categorization, containment and research of Anomalies.

GATE is organized in a hierarchical structure, with Facilities being led by a Research Director (i.e. Dr. Manse)
