Temple of Stone

The Temple of Stone is the second Home World added to Abiotic Factor, it is a part of the Temple of Stone DLC released on November 3rd, 2025. Temple of Stone features a Greek temple embedded in a hillside with fountains, an open air theatre, a tower, a hedge maze and stone gardens with an abundance of open space.

Home Worlds require a Keypad Hacker (Tier 1) to access and can be found in the main lobby of the Office Sector.

Notes

• The Temple of Stone has no enemies, the Leyak does not appear, however assault events will happen but can be mitigated with a crafting bench's portal suppression field, making it a mostly peaceful place to build and loiter.
  • Pets can be teleported in using the Pest Teleporter and traveling traders are able to show up in the Temple of Stone.

• On a multiplayer server only the server host is required to have the DLC in order to access the location. All other players in the server can access the location regardless of their DLC status.

Secret

(Spoiler warning for a small environmental puzzle)

1. Go to the amphitheater and stand in the seats behind the power box and use the Cheer emote.

2. After cheering the braziers will light up, go push all 6 buttons hidden throughout the temple.

3. After pushing all 6 buttons, go destroy all 18 birds scattered around the temple. This will allow you to use the level 4 keypad at the end of the maze.

Result: The arch way next to the keypad will open up into a further area featuring the Arcane Mechanism, along with other items like the Garden Duck, Garden Bird and Golden Wreath.

Trivia

• The Temple of Stone contains "petrified" birds, people and snake iconography, which reference Medusa from Greek myth, who was also heavily tied to Artemis.

• The Temple of Stone is one of a few Portal Worlds with a full day/night cycle.
