Quill Spear

Quill Spear is a weapon in Abiotic Factor. It has a basic stab attack, and a secondary attack. When the left mouse button is pressed, the spear will stab similar to other spears. The weapon can be loaded with a Seeker Quill and fired with the right mouse button, shooting five quills forward. Each quill does 6 Sharp damage.

Notes

• The Quill Spear, like the Quill Rifle, uses Seeker Quills for ammo. While the Quill Rifle fires out a steady stream of projectiles, the Quill Spear is more ammo-efficient, producing 5 projectiles for one unit of ammunition, at the cost of having to reload after every shot, and being unable to fire while a Shield is equipped, and doing less damage.

• At 5 projectiles doing 6 sharp damage, the Quill Spear does 30 sharp damage. This is contrasted sharply against the Quill Rifle, which deals 35 Sharp damage up front, followed by 40 Acid damage over 2 seconds.
