Jotun of the Unlost is a neutral Gatekeeper traveling with the Troop of the Unlost. He provides the recipe for the Ogre Doll when interacted with. The Ogre Doll recipe can still be acquired at their initial camp in Reactors after the Unlost have moved on to the next area.
Information
When attempting to talk to Jotun of the Unlost, he will warn and shove the player away instead.
Trivia
Despite a similar Jotun dropping the 
Unlost Jotun Bobblehead after defeating him in Fragments, Jotun of the Unlost shows up with the rest of the Unlost in Albatross.
