Effects
Radioactive items in the inventory have no weight. The higher absorbed radiation or incoming radiation is, the higher your movement speed is, up to a maximum of +30% speed at 40 absorbed rads or 3 rads per second.
These effects are negated when a 
Hazardous Materials Suit, 
Rat Suit, or 
Excursion Suit is worn.
