Description
IC-0618 is an unparalleled lifeform in its home Anteverse. Originally unknown to surveyors, it seems to feed on the life that has come here from A0. During IC-0614's time on the sea floor, it likely sucked several A0 native fish into A192 and has been feeding on them when hunting.
As of now, there shall be no attempts to boat across or dive into any waters deep enough for IC-0618 to be present in.
Containment Protocols
IC-0618 is presently uncontainable and should be avoided at all costs. Sizing in at an estimated 88 feet, the creature boasts the size of a whale with adequate speed and jaw strength to instantly crush any vessel that could be constructed.

Hello Jane, I hope Anteverse CXCII has been kind to you and your fellow scientists. I am messaging on behalf of Dr. Gartner regarding the deep sea scanning module schematics he sent the other day. We have sent in three cows with materials strapped on their backs for your settlement for sustainable living. Did they arrive safely? |
[email protected]
Dr. Crosswell? How long has it been since we spoke? It feels like days since we arrived but our clocks say its only been a couple hours. We received the materials and livestock that you sent and have already been constructing a pen for the cows. Our scientists Dr. Lionel has already assembled the deep sea scanning module and set it up on the shore. He seems excited over the potential results. |

Sorry for the late response. Jane, it seems like Anteverse CXCII operates approximately twenty-four times faster than Anteverse 0's timestream. I'll try to have someone on at all times to respond quickly for you, but it may be years before we are able to bring you all back, if possible at all. I'm sorry, but we'll do what we can. Has the scanner completed its job? If so, please attach the results to this email. |

It's okay. Dr. Crosswell, don't feel bad. We all knew the probability of being retrieved from A192 was low when we were assigned to the recon. And the scanner did pick up something, something big. Among the smaller sea life picked up on the scanner, we found most were native to A0; we picked up a bunch of tuna, mackerel, and several sharks, but among the smaller signals, there was a huge unidentified signal coming from deeper down. We used the camera you sent, but this was all we could get from the signal's origin. |

This is more than enough; Dr. Gartner and I will look over these results and find out what we can. Keep an eye on your Gatepals for updated regulations and instructions, and we'll check up on you later. For now, continue to explore and document any new things with the camera provided. |
