David Hoff

Dr. David Hoff is a scientist at the GATE Cascade Research Facility. He is located on the exterior upper balcony of the Waterfall Apartments in the Hydroplant. He also provides the recipe for the Diving Suit.

There are no safe options now, just less bad ones. Take your pick. I'm not sure if you're aware, but IS Oh Four Two has colonised a large part of the reservoir down there. It's benign as far as we know, but I wouldn't go touching it. |
